What I Do Best

End-to-End Bridal Sourcing & Production

I spent two decades inside China's high-end bridal supply chain, solving quality problems for global giants. Now I bring that same Vera Wang-level precision to independent designers -- without the impossible minimums that shut small brands out.

Wedding dress pattern making and sample development -- transforming designer sketches into wearable prototypes
Tech Pack Included

Product Development & Sampling

Most designers have the vision. What they're missing is someone who can translate a sketch into factory language -- without losing a single detail along the way. That's exactly what I do.

I handle wedding dress tech pack creation, pattern making, and sample oversight -- the same workflow I developed for David's Bridal and Vera Wang, now available to your independent label. You don't need to know how a factory works. I do.

  • Pattern making from sketches, mood boards, or reference pieces
  • First prototype sample + 2 rounds of revisions included
  • Full technical specification sheet (tech pack) for every style
  • Real-time photo & video progress updates via WhatsApp
  • NDA signed before any design files are shared

Low MOQ Bridal Factory

Small Batch Wedding Dress Manufacturing

Standard wedding dress factories won't look at you unless you order 100+ pieces. I built this studio specifically to serve brands that aren't there yet -- and to help you get there without betting everything on one massive order.

As your small batch wedding dress manufacturer, I run production from as few as 5 pieces per style. Every garment passes our 7-stage quality control inspection -- the same QC framework I developed working with major US retailers -- before it ever leaves Shenzhen.

  • Minimum 5 pieces per style (OEM & ODM wedding dress China)
  • 7-stage QC: pre-production sample (PPD), ad sample, TOP, and more
  • Ethical, compliant production -- no sweatshop risk
  • Retail-grade packaging, anti-rust & invisible finish treatment
  • International compliance logistics & global shipping coordination

Common Questions

The Questions Every Indie Designer Asks Me

Twenty years of working with designers -- from fresh graduates to established boutiques -- has taught me exactly what keeps you up at night. Here are the honest answers.

Do you own the intellectual property of my designs?

Absolutely not. You retain 100% ownership of your designs, patterns, and all intellectual property. I sign a mutual NDA before you share a single sketch. I operate as your manufacturing partner and bridal sourcing agent in China -- not a design house. Your ideas stay yours, always.

What's the minimum order quantity for bulk production?

For samples and fabric sourcing: no MOQ. For bulk production: we can work with as few as 5 pieces per style -- making us one of the most accessible low MOQ bridal factories in China. Most of my indie designer clients start with 10-20 pieces and scale from there. The per-piece cost decreases as volume grows, but we never force you to over-order.

How do you ensure quality matches what I expect?

Through our 7-stage quality control system -- a framework I developed during years working with major US retailers. This includes pre-production samples (PPD), advertising samples, and top-of-production (TOP) inspections. I personally oversee critical stages and send you photo and video updates via WhatsApp. You also have the option of a video call pre-shipment inspection. This is the same standard applied to Vera Wang production -- now available to your brand.

I don't have a tech pack. Can you still help me?

That's exactly why designers come to me. Most of my clients start with nothing more than a sketch, a Pinterest board, or a reference image. I specialize in wedding dress tech pack creation -- translating your creative vision into precise factory language. If you do have existing patterns or spec sheets, we can absolutely work from those too.

What if I'm not satisfied with the sample?

Every Creator Package includes two rounds of revisions. If there are issues resulting from our misinterpretation of your requirements, we make additional corrections at no extra cost. My goal is your complete confidence in the prototype before a single piece of bulk production begins. I've built my reputation on getting it right -- not on cutting corners to close a deal.

Is your production ethical? How do I know the factory conditions are acceptable?

Ethical wedding dress production in China is something I take personally. I work exclusively with factories I have visited and vetted over years of partnership. I can provide factory audit documentation upon request. Many of my clients -- particularly those selling to European and US markets -- specifically choose me because they need a sourcing partner who takes compliance seriously.

Still have questions? I answer every message personally.
