Do you own the intellectual property of my designs?
No. You retain 100% ownership of your designs, patterns, and intellectual property. We sign NDAs for every project and operate as your manufacturing partner, not a design house.
What's the minimum order quantity for bulk production?
For samples, there's no MOQ. For bulk production, we can work with orders as small as 5 pieces per style, though the per-piece cost decreases with larger quantities. Most of our indie designer clients start with 10-20 pieces.
How do you ensure quality matches what I expect?
Every garment goes through our 12-point inspection process, developed during our years working with major US retailers. I personally oversee critical stages and provide photo updates throughout production. We also offer pre-shipment inspections via video call.
Can you work with my existing patterns or tech packs?
Absolutely. If you have existing patterns or technical packages, we can work from those. If not, we'll create them from your sketches or reference images. Either way, we ensure everything is production-ready before we begin.
What if I'm not satisfied with the sample?
Each Creator Package includes two rounds of revisions. If there are issues due to our misunderstanding of your requirements, we'll make additional changes at no cost. Our goal is your complete satisfaction before any bulk production begins.
