What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order is just 5 pieces for most styles. This makes us perfect for indie designers who want to test new designs without massive inventory commitments. For complex couture pieces, we may require a slightly higher minimum.
Do you provide fabric sourcing as part of production?
Yes! All our production packages include fabric sourcing from our verified supplier network. We specialize in high-end bridal fabrics including French lace, Italian silk, and premium tulle. You can also provide your own materials if preferred.
How do you ensure quality control?
Every piece undergoes rigorous QC inspection by our experienced team. We follow the same quality standards used for David's Bridal and Vera Wang productions. Each garment is photographed and documented before shipping.
Can you work with my existing tech packs and patterns?
Absolutely. We can work with your existing tech packs, or help you develop new ones. Our pattern making team can also create patterns from sketches, photos, or existing garments. We'll ensure everything is production-ready before we begin.
What about intellectual property protection?
Your designs remain 100% yours. We sign NDAs and never reproduce your designs for other clients. We understand how important IP protection is for independent designers and take it very seriously.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on order size and destination. For US destinations, expect $50-150 for small batch orders via DHL Express. We provide detailed shipping quotes with all production estimates.
